The Closing Agent can request an Estoppel Certificate from The Preserve at Misty Creek HOA by emailing the Treasure at treasmchoa@gmail.com. 

The Agent must include the seller(s)and buyer(s) name and the expected date for closing. All Estoppel Certificate requests must be made at least 3 weeks before closing in order to avoid an additional expedited estoppel fee.
